Data Center Cooling Business Development Lead

ZeroKelvin is building the next generation of liquid cooling technologies for AI infrastructure.

We are seeking a Data Center Cooling Business Development Lead to join the founding team and help establish ZeroKelvin as a leading technology provider for the rapidly growing AI infrastructure market.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy of a deep-tech company developing breakthrough cooling solutions for next-generation data centers and high-performance computing systems.

You will work at the intersection of technology and business, building relationships with industry leaders while helping define how innovative cooling technologies are brought to market.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute ZeroKelvin's business development strategy within the AI and data center ecosystem
  • Identify and establish relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, server manufacturers, system integrators, and colocation providers
  • Generate and manage strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities
  • Support customer engagement from initial discussions through technical evaluation and commercial deployment
  • Analyze market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within liquid cooling and AI infrastructure
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align customer requirements with product development
  • Represent ZeroKelvin at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Support fundraising, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in business development, strategic sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership within data centers, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, enterprise hardware, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and cooling technologies
  • Existing network within the data center, HPC, AI, cloud, or liquid cooling ecosystem is highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

R&D Thermal Scientist

ZeroKelvin is building the next generation of liquid cooling technologies for AI infrastructure.

We are seeking an exceptional R&D Thermal Scientist to join the founding engineering team and help develop breakthrough cold plate and thermal management technologies for the world's most demanding computing systems.

This is an opportunity to become part of the core technical team shaping the future of high-density AI computing from the ground up.

You will combine scientific rigor, engineering creativity, simulation expertise, and hands-on experimentation to solve some of the most challenging thermal problems in modern infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Develop next-generation cold plate and liquid cooling technologies for AI systems
  • Conduct thermal analysis, modelling, and performance optimization
  • Perform CFD simulations and interpret experimental validation data
  • Design, build, and test prototypes in laboratory environments
  • Develop new thermal architectures and cooling concepts from first principles
  • Create test methodologies and technical documentation
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, mechanical design, and customer engineering teams
  • Support the transition of innovative concepts into scalable products

What we are looking for

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Physics, Energy Engineering, or a related field, PhD desirable
  • Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermal management systems
  • Experience with CFD, thermal simulation, and/or experimental testing
  • Experience with Siemens simulation software, particularly Star-CCM+ and FloEFD, is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with OpenFOAM and open-source CFD methodologies is an advantage
  • Knowledge of liquid cooling technologies, thermal management, and data center cooling infrastructure is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving R&D environment
  • Hands-on engineering mindset
